Warm apple drink

An adult woman should consume approx 2 liters of water, whereas a man 3 liters.

At least this is what experts  say.

Apple-orange and ginger drink

Personally, I try to drink at least 1.5 liters of water every day. Sometimes it does not work out.

If I drink water, I go for the still one. I rarely drink juices from the shop. I prefer eating fresh fruits or making a juice at home.

Regarding teas, my favorite one is green tea. Sometimes I drink white or red tea too but for now I am avoiding black tea.

Green tea I usually drink with honey, lemon and almost always with ginger.

I decided to combine some of the above-mentioned ingredients with each other and then I came out with this sensational drink. Not only it is fresh but also refreshing.

Ingredients You need to make juice.

  • 1,5 liter of water
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 apples
  • 1 big orange
  • 5 slices of ginger
  • 3 spoons of honey

How to prepare apple juice.

Peel the apples and cut them into quarters. Do not peel the oranges, just cut them into slices. Cut the fruits, cloves, cinnamon and ginger and add the water. Boil for 20 minutes over medium heat. At the end add the honey.

Do not add honey to a hot drink, cool it down first a little.
