I have prepared my homemade version of carrot juice.

Carrot, banana and mandarin juice

This is a simple recipe for a carrot juice.

The base of the juice is carrot, you can replace the bananas and mandarins with other fruits.

I have found some mandarins and bananas at home so this is why I used those. You can also use raspberries, apples or pears during their respective  seasons.

This juice is very thick so I recommend drinking only small portions 🙂

Ingredients You need to make juice.

  • 3 carrots
  • 1/2 kg mandarins
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • 1 and 1/2 liters of water

How to prepare mandarins and carrot juice.

Peel the carrots and cut them into rings. Put them in a pot and add water. Add the peeled and quartered mandarins to the carrots. Cook them until the carrots are tender. Let them cool down and blend. Afterwards, rub them through a thick sieve. Once ready, add honey and sliced bananas. Blend again.

If you do not like very thick juices add more water. I had my juice served with a touch of raspberry juice.
