When you add onions to dishes, it changes the taste significantly. You really need to be careful not to overdo it.
Onions can be used in many ways. You can fry them, stuff them, or use them for marinade. There are many ways of using this vegetable.
Onions, depending on their type, may have a stronger or milder taste. The most widely known types are spring onion, red onion, white onion and shallot.
I like red onions and shallots the most. Both have a more pleasant taste than white onions or spring onions. Those two are ideally suited for frying, as an addition to meats or added to marinades.

Peel the onions and cut out the middle parts. Leave only the two outer layers.
Chop the chicken breast very finely with a knife or blend them. Put the meat into a bowl. Add salt, pepper, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Goji berries and egg yolks. Mix thoroughly.
Stuff each of the onions with the chicken mixture.
Arrange the stuffed onions on a baking sheet, and place them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for one hour.
Once finished, you can serve them as an addition to main dishes or by themselves.
I used large white onions. Make sure to select pieces big enough for stuffing.
At home, I’m trying not to waste anything. The onion layers cut out from the middle can be cut into smaller pieces, and mixed with minced chicken meat and spices and baked in the oven as small meatballs. They are really tasty.
