I like baking and eating all kinds of muffins.
I make them often, mainly because their preparation is relatively fast and not very complicated either.
I do not know if there are people who have never succeeded in making muffins 🙂 Personally, I have never had such a situation.
I think , regardless of their type, all muffins are quite easy to prepare.
Another thing that is really cool with these little cakes is that you can make them sweet and salty as well.
The list of fruits, supplements and even vegetables that you can use to make them is very long.
Now that we are well in the autumn season, when there aren’t too many fresh fruits, it is best to make them from pumpkin, beetroot, banana or apples. Of course, you can use frozen fruit but they do not taste the same as fresh ones.

The bananas you use should be well ripe.
Mash bananas with a fork and put in a bowl. Add oil and vanilla to the the bananas.
Mix sifted flour with baking soda, baking powder, chia grains and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
Add sugar to a third bowl, a pinch of salt and eggs. Beat the mixture until its consistency becomes smooth.
Add the banana mixture to this egg mixture in the third bowl then pour the dry ingredients over it. Mix thoroughly.
Place the muffins in the molds. Bake them in an oven heated to 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
The muffins can be decorated with dried bananas or sprinkled with icing sugar.
