Ingredients You need to make garlic sauce.

  • 250 gr of feta cheese
  • 400 gr of natural yogurt
  • 4 garlic cloves

How to prepare sauce.

Put the garlic through a press then add it to all the other ingredients in a pot and blend them into a mixture. Before serving, cool it down in the refrigerator.


What You need to know when making sauce from garlic.

Do not add salt to the sauce, because the feta cheese is sufficiently salty and it already gives the sauce a salty taste.
If you like garlic, you can definitely add more than four cloves of it 🙂
