Healthy oat bars with bananas
This week I’m on a diet. It is not exactly one of those super-healthy ones where you have to deny yourself delicious food.
My diet is based on eating less food and not eating anything after seven o’clock in the evening.
I decided that since I am already on a diet, I will try to reduce the amount of sweets that I eat significantly.
However, I can not be deprived of the pleasure of eating sweet snacks till the end of my diet.
This how I came to the idea of making some “healthy” confectionery and bake some oat bars. I must say that objectively speaking the bars came out delicious. I’m even a little surprised that something so simple can taste so brilliantly.
