Gluten-free apple oat bars
If you want to eat something sweet with no guilt, try this gluten-free delicacy.
Oatmeal is perfect for making a whole bunch of delicious goodies. You can turn them into baked sweets or add them to yogurt and mix with fruits.
Now, in addition you can get ‘power bars’, which cost a fortune. As for me, those are money thrown out because for the price of one such bar, you can make a whole lot of those at home and, most importantly, you will have no doubt about the ingredients used and their quality – you can choose them yourselves.
If you belong to this group of people who like experimenting in the kitchen and serving homemade delicacies, you should prepare some bars with the help of the below recipe.

How to make gluten-free bars.
Combine blueberries, mulberry and Goji fruits with apple purée. Let it soak for an hour.
Mix oatmeal, xylitol, apple cut into cubes and the apple purée with the soaked berries of Goji, blueberry and mulberry in a bowl.
Put the mixture into a small rectangular baking tray. It is worth covering the baking tray with baking paper.
Bake for 50 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.
Once baked, cut the warm bar into medium sized rectangles. Serve chilled.

Good to know when making gluten-free bars.
I prepared the apple purée in a very simple way. I cut the apples into cubes, added a little water and cooked on low heat until they softened. Then I blended the whole thing.
The bars work well as a second breakfast or as a quick snack for your movie night.
It is worth keeping them in the fridge and serving cold.
