Pak choi with mushrooms recipe

Pak choi with mushrooms

| | | | |

Pak choi with mushrooms is an idea for a meatless side dish that goes well for dinner. I use pak choi cabbage mainly when I prepare Chinese food dishes, but the cabbage itself comes from Asia and is very popular in Asian cuisine. Every part of this vegetable is edible: its white and crunchy stems as well as its large, intensely green leaves. Its taste is delicate and mild, with a small hint of bitterness. This vegetable works well when served fried, raw or cooked, so it can be used in salads, soups, pasta dishes and many other dishes.

The cabbage from the recipe below combined with mushrooms is fried and seasoned to taste with soy sauce and garlic. This dish is quick and its preparation from start to finish takes less than 10 minutes. As you can see, it can be made quickly and will definitely work as a quick dinner when you don’t have much time to cook.
