This chocolate tart belongs to the group of sweet tarts and it is a great dessert. Apart from sweet tarts, however, there are plenty of savory ones.
Among the very popular savory tarts are those with spinach, bacon, mushrooms.
Tarts are extremely practical because they can be served as a main dish, appetizer or a snack. They can also be eaten hot or cold as well.
Today I want to share a recipe for a delicious tart with meatballs.
Tarts are a great alternative for those who got bored with pizza 🙂

Melt butter over a low heat, add the chopped onion and continue frying until they are golden brown. Add the milk and bring it to a boil. Remove it from the heat and add three spoons of breadcrumbs. Cool it down. Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper and fried onion with breadcrumbs in a bowl. Form small meatballs, around 3 by 3 cm. Roll them in the remaining two spoons of breadcrumbs. Cook over a medium heat until light brown.
Put the flour, butter, ginger, nutmeg and salt in a blender and mix them. Once the components are combined, remove the pastry from the mixer and knead the dough. Insert in the fridge for an hour.
Grate the cheese on a fine mesh. Mix the eggs, cheese, sour cream, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and basil in a bowl.
After an hour take get the dough from the fridge. Roll it out over the baking tin. Cover the top of the pastry with baking paper. Put baking beans on the top. Bake for 15 minutes in 200 Celsius degrees. After 15 minutes remove the tart from the oven. Add the meatballs and the filling. Return it for baking for another hour in 180 degrees.
The recipe for meatballs, which I gave above is quite universal. I use it often for making pasta with meatballs; it works perfectly.
