Strawberry and cucumber cocktail
Fruit, vegetable or fruit and vegetable cocktails provide the body with plenty of nutrition and they also sate your hunger. Not only that but they are also very simple and quick to prepare.
My obsession with cocktails and smoothies continues. During my last trip to the store I bought some frozen blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. I also bought plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. I always have some canned fruits in my home pantry, mostly peaches and pineapple.
Every other day I prepare either a cocktail or a smoothie. I usually make enough to last for two days for me and my husband. Cocktails can easily be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days, so they perfect for quenching your thirst during the day.

Good to know when making strawberry and cucumber cocktail.
Sometimes, instead of water, I add green tea or coconut water to cocktails but this time I used still water.
I had Grany Smith apples at home but any other type of apple will work as well.
